Please allow at least 48 hours prior to your appointment for any grooming (waxing, threading, tweezing, tinting). We clean the area and remove the unwanted hair so you leave with perfect brows, so there is no need to have a brow treatment done prior to the procedure commencing.
Children or Any other Guests are NOT permitted in the treatment room as we need undestracted work space to deliver our best work.
If there are any skin flaws within the area treatment is being carried out the appointment may be postponed until healing is complete (Active Cold Sores, Moles if they need removal, etc).
To reduce the risk of infection we not work on ill clients. Please notify us if you are unwell so we can postpone your treatment. Tattooing can have affect on your immune system. If you are ill, tattooing may prolong recovery time and also put you more at risk for possible infection/health complications.
Please note everything used in a procedure is completely sterile and single use eg. needles and machine parts. We follow high standard of infection control, health & safety under the Gold Coast City Council Skin Penetration Act.
It is paramount that you follow the aftercare instructions carefully to help reduce the risk of infection and give yourself the best opportunity for healing and the pigment to stay in skin.
